Refund Policy
Last updated: October 2026. This policy outlines cancellations and refunds for BRS Tuning calibration services.
1. Cancellations
You may cancel your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. To cancel, contact us via WhatsApp or email as soon as possible.
2. Late Cancellations
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may be subject to a call-out fee to cover travel and time already committed.
3. Refunds for Completed Work
Because ECU calibration involves custom software written specifically to your vehicle, completed tuning work is non-refundable. If you experience an issue related to the calibration, contact us and we will arrange a follow-up visit to investigate and rectify the problem at no additional cost.
4. Unsatisfactory Results
If a calibration cannot be completed due to a vehicle fault or compatibility issue discovered during the appointment, you will only be charged for the diagnostic time incurred. Any pre-paid tuning fee will be refunded in full.
5. Diagnostic-Only Bookings
Diagnostic scan fees are payable on completion of the scan and are non-refundable, as the service has been delivered in full.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund or raise an issue, contact us at info@brstuning.co.uk with your booking details. Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.
